Why cap team size at all? Because the whole point is that everyone on a team can actually keep up with what's changing. Past 15 people, you don't get more transparency by raising the number — you get a second team. Business and Enterprise plans give you more teams, not bigger ones.

Common questions

Is Starter really free forever?

Yes. One team, up to 15 members, full feature set — no trial clock, no card on file.

Can I belong to more than one team?

Not yet — today each person belongs to a single team. Multi-team membership is on the roadmap.

What happens if my team goes over 15 people?

You'll need to either move onto Business (for a second team) or ask an admin to keep membership at 15 by moving someone to a different team. The cap is enforced at the point you try to add the 16th person.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
